Thor statue Þórslíkneskið was excavated around 1815/1816 on a farm called Eyrarland in the area of ​​Akureyri (Iceland).
The original is a 6.4 cm tall bronze figure from the 10th century and is now located in the Icelandic National Museum in Reykjavik.

The statue is believed to be related to a scene from Þrymskviða (from the Poetic Edda) in which Thor is seated on a chair during a wedding ceremony, holding his Mjölnir in both hands.
