The finest, hand-picked hazelnuts are carefully selected and then gently roasted in the first processing step, followed by grinding. After grinding, the hazelnuts are steeped in pure alcohol for several weeks using a special, in-house process. Some time later, the mixture is distilled very slowly and carefully to preserve the full spectrum of aromas and ensure they are infused into the spirit. This hazelnut spirit is produced without any additives and is therefore uniquely natural in taste and quality! It boasts an intense roasted aroma with a captivating hazelnut and nougat flavor, complemented by subtle chocolate notes.
