Spring goddess "Ostara" Easter goddess / Germanic light goddess, statue, bronzed

Spring goddess, Easter / Ostara / Easter / Easter moon, rising sun in the east.

Ostara, Eástre is the Germanic goddess of light, of the radiant dawn and rising light, the goddess of spring and fertility with a healing appearance.
Ascending in the east, in a shimmering golden robe with yellow shoes under which delicate seedlings sprout as she walks across the earth.
The Easter Bunny is always a companion of the spring goddess! The prolific rabbit especially embodies fertility. He hides the eggs on behalf of the gods, as a symbol of new beginnings and the awakening of life.
The birch is their sacred tree - the hare, may beetle, ladybug, stork, cuckoo and hen are their animals, and their flowers are the daffodils.
The Ostara festival celebrates the final end of winter; traditionally, the Easter fires are lit as close as possible to the next fire in order to protect the fields and have them blessed by the gods.
To make the earth more fertile, the ashes of the Easter fire were scattered on the fields during the Ostara blessing ritual, the field consecration.
Easter, Várblót (Spring Festival), is also called Sigrblót (Victory Festival) because light and warmth have triumphed over the winter's frost giants. According to the lunar calendar, Easter is celebrated on the first full moon of the 4th lunar month, calculated according to the 28-day month in the lunar calendar!
The Easter festival of the Wheel of the Year is celebrated at the equinox from March 20th to March 21st.
Ostara, with its light and warmth, symbolizes the returning, radiant sun after the long and dark winter.
The spring goddess Ostara - bronzed figure, made and cast from polyresin (artificial stone).
